General Information
Inventory items such as cups, lids, bowls, lip balms, etc are kept in inventory and can ship withing 48 hours of orders being received. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. All apparel items will have an approximate 10 day production time plus shipping – so expect those items at least two weeks after placing your order.
Any Changes made to an order must be sent via email. If we are able to honor the change, you will receive an email confirming the change within 72 hours of your order being placed.
If there is a product you are interested in, but it has a high minimum, please reach out to us and we may be able to proceed with half the minimum for a small charge.
Return Policy
Customized orders such as decorated apparel are not eligible for return unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt. All non- apparel or non-personalized items are available for return within 30 days of receipt of item.
Return Shipping
We will pay for return shipping on damaged or defective goods. Franchisees will be responsible for any other shipping charges.
Production Time
Apparel items typically ship within 7-10 business days. Any other items not kept in stock typically ship within 10-14 business days.
Rush Orders
If an order is needed by a certain date, please email our team prior to placing your order at Orders@wwlem.com Alternative products may be recommended. Rush charges may apply.
Liability Limitation
In the event of a defect in material or workmanship, we will replace the goods, F.O.B. point of shipment or refund the purchase price for the merchandise at our sole discretion, provided that a written claim is received within 15 days from the shipment date. Our liability shall not in any event exceed the cost of furnishing a replacement for the defective product.
Shipping
Free GROUND shipping is available for all orders over $200. We reserve the right to hold items longer to consolidate shipping to save costs. Shipping for small orders will be based on actual and billed to card on file once your order ships. Everything will ship Fedex Ground unless otherwise requested. Any additional charges to expedite shipping will be at the cost of the franchisee.
